Tampa Surgical Associates is on the first floor of the Habana Medical Center on Habana Avenue north of Martin Luther King Blvd. in Tampa, FL. The newly renovated office is on the west side of Habana Avenue, at 4700 N. Habana Ave.
Parking is available behind the building. The entrance to Tampa Surgical Associates is on the side of the building closest to the parking lot.
